Experience with Public Buildings

Many of our current and previous projects involve the refurbishment or construction of public buildings. These include schools, both public and private, churches and community buildings. We have demonstrated the understanding and need to minimise disruption to the operations of these sites by maintaining access, or providing alternative access, to all amenities. 

Experience in Delivering Multiple Projects

Our company has a vast experience in delivering multiple projects at any one time. We will often have up to a dozen projects under construction at any one time for three or maybe four of our major clients. The project managers track the co-ordination of clashing tradesman, subcontractors and suppliers on a daily basis to make certain that no project is idle at any time. 

Experience in Delivering Projects in Regional and Isolated Areas and States other than NSW

Our company has undertaken works for some of our clients in remote areas both in NSW and other states. These works include but are not limited to the following:

Insurance

S C Clifford Constructions is fully insured for Workers Compensation and Public Liability.  Copies of our current certificates of currency are available upon request. 

Quality Assurance, Occupational Health, Safety and Rehabilitation

Two of the company’s fundamental goals are quality and customer service. SC Clifford Constructions has a quality assurance system, which outlines the procedures to achieve these goals.

In May 2007, the company and its system was audited by SGS and received accreditation to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000. A copy of our Certification is available upon request.

Environmental Management

Waste and emissions resulting from our work and products used are to be contained to a minimum and are to be kept within the legal, regulatory and contractual requirements. 

Disposal takes place in accordance with the corresponding laws, regulations and contractual requirements.
